Saturday,  December 9th Saturday, 10:00am to 12:30 pm
T'is the season for celebration! In this workshop you will be introduced to colour theory and application technique. Participants will learn how each method of application can be used effectively and creatively. You will learn to mix and blend colours to portray depth, light and shadows for a three dimensional effect.

Few more advanced techniques such as : 
How to control the medium (i.e. create sharp edges or blended ones)
How to create believable shadows and highlights on those surfaces
​
You, as the artist, will be guided along as you draw your own masterpiece. Express yourself and be creative by choosing the colors, design, textures, and techniques.  Allowing you to be creative while learning!

The workshop is open for beginners and intermediate learners. Nasim Alavi has been conducting workshops at Viva Vida and has a wonderful experience in teaching. Nasim Alavi’s passion for art started from very young age.  Her parallel curiosity and interest in science guided her to complete her academic education in science at a high level. Currently, she pursues a path in her life that nourishes her dual passions for art and science.
